<p>An East Texas traditional food, and a Gilmer staple. It&#8217;s hard to describe a &#8220;hot link&#8221; to someone who hasn&#8217;t had one. It&#8217;s not what you buy pre-packaged at the grocery store though, I promise you that. </p>



<p>Stop by and try some. Just don&#8217;t do it on a day you are wearing a nice shirt &#8211; or a day that you are super concerned about your diet. Because hot links will ruin both. </p>



<p>And they are awesome. </p>
