An East Texas traditional food, and a Gilmer staple. It’s hard to describe a “hot link” to someone who hasn’t had one. It’s not what you buy pre-packaged at the grocery store though, I promise you that.

Stop by and try some. Just don’t do it on a day you are wearing a nice shirt – or a day that you are super concerned about your diet. Because hot links will ruin both.
